10. Reimbursement of Travel Expenses after Leaving Japan

Process for Reimbursement of Travel Expenses for Return Trip
Within 14 days of return. Those falling under “C. Invitation” will be reimbursed for round-trip travel expenses after leaving Japan.

*If planning to re-enter Japan within a year of departure, do not return the residence card.
