by the HR Division

Document Submission
Enroll in Employee Health Insurance ・ Pension Insurance

Issuance of Science Tokyo IC Card
IC cards must be given only to the intended recipients at the respective HR Group

Reimbursement of the Travel Expenses
Those falling under “C. Invitation” will be reimbursed for round-trip travel expenses after returning to their home country/region
