[Important] Facility charges to increase

Due to the rising costs of energy, labor, and inflation, facility charges will increase starting April 1, 2027. Please see the “facility charges” page for details:

These new charges will apply to all residents, including current residents, per section 3, “Fees,” of the Resident’s Handbook, which is distributed to all residents’ rooms before they move in.
