For efficient management of 80th Anniversary Hall Housing, the application submission period is set according to the purpose and the period of stay.

Application Submission Begins…

International researchers at SCIENCE Tokyo (Excluding full-time faculty)	6 months prior to the desired move-in date
International researchers at SCIENCE Tokyo (Full-time faculty)	2 months prior to the desired move-in date
International researchers in other national universities	1 month prior to the desired move-in date

Reservation requests must be made at least one month prior to the desired move-in date. As explained in the Application and Move-in Procedures on this website, applicants must first submit a designated reservation form and be issued a receipt number. For more immediate requests, please inquire with the 80th Anniversary Hall Housing Office.
