[Important] Facility charges to increase

Due to the rising costs of energy, labor, and inflation, facility charges will increase starting April 1, 2027. Please see the “facility charge” page for details.

Also, please note that these new charges will apply to all residents, including current residents, per section 3, “Fees,” of the Resident’s Handbook, which is distributed to all residents’ rooms before they move in.
